Another week, another blog. Sorry for not sticking one up last time, but... Ok, I don't have an excuse. I just didn't. Don't worry! I'll stay on top of it as best I can! Now... To business. You may notice that the comic is blurry. If you don't notice that the comic is blurry, see an optometrist today! Because you're nearly blind! Hopefully its readable! As to why the comic is blurry... Well, I have a funny story about that. You see, when Jackie and I were arguing over what would and wouldn't fit inside the panels (there was originally going to be a lot more exposition in this comic, but it would have been too small to read.I'll save it for a few weeks in the future.) and Jackie ended up sending Melanie a comic that had NO DIALOGUE! I think it was an act of rebellion, but it might have been her just being absentminded. So, I had to go onto the secret place where she uploads the finished product to show me and download it from there. Unfortunately, this secret place only has really small versions. So I enlarged it and unfocused it to make it less grainy, and sent it to Melanie to post. So its blurry. But its not my fault!I promise! Its Jackie's! And she's on vacation, so we can't yell at her. Oh well. At least its an amazing comic. I'm happy with it, fuzzy or not. Anyway, we'll have a normal one up as soon as she gets back.

As for progress on the rest of the site (FAQs, blog archive, and a gallery page for Jackie and I each that may or may not be in the works) it's coming along I suppose. But progress is often slow, and this is no exception. We all have lives, and we're doing our best. ETA is around the time we finish with this intro and start in on Chapter One in earnest. Things to be excited about in the future: Advertising that will appear on the site! Well, maybe you aren't too excited about that, but I'm hoping it'll put me through college. Heh. Don't worry, it won't be too blatant. Oh, and a new main character will show his face in the immediate future! See if you can guess who it'll be! If you email me a correct guess, I will send you a bonus short story! I'll let you know when to start guessing, so don't send me anything yet. It is a good short story, so guess good! Consolation prizes include, but are not limited to: Me emailing you back and saying “I'm sorry, that isn't a correct guess,” Me emailing you back and saying “Wow, you're pretty observant, but that's wrong,” and me emailing you back and just saying “Ha ha no.” Contest will probably begin next week!
